  Might have been a one off but had to wait 40 mins for a key card. Was given 3 to try. Didn't work. Finally given one that works. Back to room the next day. Wasn't cleaned. Spoke to reception and was given a bag with towels. Remote for TV had disappeared magically. Not too mentioned the parking. NIGHTMARE

  Upon arrival I was allocated a room which hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. While I was given a different room, it took time luggging baggage up and down stairs (lift is available) for it to get sorted - not what I wanted after driving 300 miles. The room (clean) is just like any other Travelodge room, just the essentials with not many creature comforts. I was also provided with meals as part of my stay which is another source of disappointment as while the menu has a good variety, the set menu is restricted to just a handful of dishes. Really nothing exciting. The free on site parking is a real real nightmare - even for an experienced driver like myself the travles around 50k miles a year. The hotel is within an old industrial building which means in the lower two levels there are support pillars every 3-5 meters and this is where their car park is. Manoeuvring into the barely marked out bays becomes as hard as rocket science, a second pair of eyes is essential and a large car will have trouble. Staff are very nice though and helpful!

  Nice and clean with a good number of shops near by... The only down side is the parking.. there's room for parking but the area to park is soo difficult to maneuver around.
