  Absolute disgraceful way of treating gold member customers.
  I use Starbucks stores 5 times a week and I have visited Starbucks all over the world, but this particular store has many times got my drink wrong and poorly made my coffee, but more of problem, they overcharged me. I have overlooked the overcharges on many occasions in the past as it was only £2 per visit. But I eventually raised my concerns with the area manager, whom explained that this fault was now rectified, so i attended once again only to be told I have been banned from using the store.
  Clearly this Starbucks is not treating customers correctly, and taking complaints seriously. They simply ban a customer who expresses his feelings.
  I recommended everyone to avoid this store if they want to be treated with respect. I highly reccommend the Blackpool town centre store where Steve, Vaughan and the team all the treat customers with the highest standards of customer service.
