  ***THEY WILL ADD TO YOUR NIGHTMARE ***
  In august 2016 I was approached by Richard Jackson from guardian recovery and asked if they could help with any bad debts. I had a bad debt so I agreed & paid for them to collect this for me. They collected the debt within a short period. Now this is where my nightmares begins. Trying to get my money from a DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY. My story is much like all the one star reviews on the internet for this company. I have been ignored by endless emails, promises to ring back have not happened. The usual cheque was sent line has been given. Now I am taking them to court where I should have gone with the original debt. PLEASE DONT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY.

  Do not try to work with them as you'll loose more.
  Two years ago I gave them a case to recover £200. They did recover and kept the £200 for their fees and never tried to recover my money ( £200). Now after two years I'm trying to get the bloody £200 from them. More than this I had to pay them some fees at the beginning for some checking on my client. So I didn't recover anything, I paid £30 fees and feel stupid now.

  NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! MINUS 100 stars! Horrible company! Got our money back only thought the court. They paid me 7 days before the hearing date. They collected money from my client with huge charges on top, but did not pay me back for more then a year. Their T&C stays that they can keep the money for 90+180 days from the moment of payment+ additionally they will recover their costs first. Imagine debtor is paying them in instalments, they collect their fees first, then debtor pays off money owed to you and you have to wait for 270 days to get money back. even more after the due date you wait for another 2 weeks, because they issue a cheques once week and you missed a right day. They send small amount to you , pretending that another cheque was lost though post until you start legal procedure. When cheque arrive, they charge you £2.0 of handling fees ! Please do not believe them, PLEASE find another company!!!!!! They still owe us court fees.
