  I had a very disappointing experience in your salon today. Not only my daughter's haircut was god awful (done by an obviously inexperienced and careless stylist) but I also noticed how dismissive and poor some other stylists treat their customers.
  I understand you only charge £11 per job but rolling eyes and pulling faces at paying customers is beyond unprofessional!
  I don't know the name of the stylist who ruined my daughter's hair and neither do I know the name of the rude and bad-mannered one, but I am sure it wouldn't make any difference anyway.
  I will make sure to warn my friends to never step into your salon unless they want to be mocked and come out looking like they need a haircut.
